Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
What You’ll Do
User & Market Research:
1. Interview tow truck operators across Lagos (Ikeja, Lekki, Oshodi, etc.)
2. Conduct product demos and identify adoption barriers
3. Survey motorists (private owners, Uber/Bolt drivers, fleets, logistics companies)
4. Validate pricing models and subscription viability
Product Ownership:
1. Translate real-world insights into product improvements
2. Own and manage the product roadmap
3. Prioritise features based on business impact
4. Track key metrics (dispatch success, adoption rate, churn, conversions)
Go-to-Market & Partnerships:
1. Define operator coverage needed for launch readiness
2. Support engagement with government bodies (e.g., LASTMA)
3. Drive acquisition strategy for the first 50 paying users
Job Requirements
1. 1 – 3 years in Product Management or related roles (strategy, ops, venture)
2. Strong experience conducting user research and turning insights into product decisions
3. Comfortable working in startup environment
4. Based in Lagos and willing to work extensively in the field
5. Excellent communication and writing skills
6. Familiarity with Nigerian transport/logistics/fintech ecosystem
