We are hiring !!

Role: Graphic Designer (Motion Graphics a Plus)

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. We need someone who can occasionally breathe life into static assets. Having motion graphics capabilities is a major advantage that will set you apart.

If you live and breathe design, possess an impeccable eye for detail, and have a killer portfolio that speaks for itself, we want to see your work.

Job Description
As part of our team, your daily focus will be turning complex ideas into clean, intentional, and high-converting visual assets. You will work closely with a creative head.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Stewardship: Design compelling digital assets, including social media graphics, email templates, website banners, and presentation decks, while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines.

Print & Editorial: Create offline marketing collateral, brand merchandise, and large-scale print materials when required.

Visual Conceptualization: Brainstorm and execute creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns from scratch.

Breathe Life into Layouts (The Plus): Utilize basic to mid-level motion design skills to create short-form animated GIFs, kinetic typography, video intros/outros, or micro-animations for social platforms and digital ads.

Collaboration: Work alongside copywriters and project managers to iterate on designs based on data feedback and team critiques.

Job Qualifications:
The Portfolio (Non-Negotiable): A stunning digital portfolio demonstrating exceptional layout, typography, color theory, and a modern design aesthetic.
Experience: 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Figma or Sketch experience is a great bonus.
The Motion Advantage: Strong foundational knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro. You don’t need to be a full-time animator, but you must know how to make elements move fluidly and purposefully.
Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of preparing assets perfectly for both digital deployment and commercial printing processes.
