Growth Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead our customer acquisition and digital marketing efforts. You will own the strategy and execution of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, with a primary focus on driving high-quality loan applicants at efficient cost. You will work closely with product, design, and risk teams to optimise the full acquisition funnel.
Key Responsibilities
•Own the paid acquisition strategy across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram),TikTok, and affiliate networks
•Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns to meet customer acquisition and cost-peracquisition targets
•Manage and grow the marketing budget — allocate spend across channels based on performance data
•Analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
•Work with the product team to optimise landing pages and the loan application funnel for conversion
•Lead creative strategy — collaborate with designers to produce effective ad creatives and copy
•Monitor competitive landscape and identify new acquisition channels and opportunities
•Build and manage a reporting dashboard to track key growth metrics (CPA, LTV, approval rate, etc.)
•Manage relationships with media vendors, ad platforms, and agency partners
Requirements
•4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition, preferably in
•fintech or lending
•Proven track record of managing paid acquisition campaigns with measurable results
•Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one mobile attribution platform
•(e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust)
•Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data to drive decisions
•Deep understanding of the Nigerian digital marketing landscape and mobile user acquisition
•Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
•Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
