UI Designer – Digital Lending Products

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to support our digital lending products in the Nigerian market. The ideal candidate will design user interfaces, landing pages, and marketing creatives that drive engagement, trust, and conversion for digital lending and consumer credit products.
Key Responsibilities
•Design user interfaces for loan products, landing pages, repayment pages, and campaign pages.
•Create advertising creatives for *Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok*, and other digital channels.
•Optimize designs based on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and engagement.
•Develop localized visual concepts tailored to Nigerian users and market preferences.
•Collaborate with product, growth, marketing, and operations teams on product launches and campaigns.
•Maintain design consistency across all product and marketing materials.
•Support A/B testing, creative innovation, and design improvements for better user experience.
Requirements
•1–3 years experience in UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Advertising Design.
•Experience in Fintech, Digital Lending, BNPL, Consumer Credit, or Mobile Installment Products is an added advantage.
•Proficiency in *Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator*, and other design tools.
•Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and conversion-focused design.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple design iterations.
•Good communication and teamwork skills.
Added Advantage
•Experience designing for the *Nigerian or African market*.
•Experience creating short video covers, motion graphics, or simple video editing assets.
•Experience with AIGC tools for creative design optimization.
Portfolio Requirement
