*1. Community and Culture Manager*

The Community and Culture Manager will champion initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and business objectives.
*Requirements:*
> Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
> Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
> Minimum of 4–8 years’ experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Internal Communications, or Corporate Culture.
> Experience within a FinTech, Technology, Financial Services, Telecommunications, or other fast-paced organization is highly desirable.
> Proven experience designing and implementing employee engagement and culture initiatives.

*2. Customer Service Executive*
*Locations: Lagos*
*Requirements:*
> Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant discipline.
> Completed NYSC
> Minimum of 2-4 years of working experience
> Basic understanding of Customer Service, Contact Centre and FinTech Banking Products.
> Data analysis skills.
