Beyond Clothing is a large-scale garment manufacturing company based in Aba, Nigeria. We produce school uniforms, corporate apparel, and casual clothing for institutions, brands, and organizations that require quality, consistency, and reliability. Our operations combine skilled craftsmanship with structured production systems, ensuring dependable delivery at scale and we are seeking for a smart, organized and result-oriented Account Officer.
*Key Responsibilities*
– Manage accounts payable (money the company owes) and accounts receivable (money owed to the company).
– Verify, cross-check, and process vendor and customer invoices.
– Reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, and general ledger balances.
– Contact clients or vendors regarding past-due accounts and billing discrepancies.
– Assist with tax computations, payroll administration, and financial audit preparations.
Skills Required
• Strong
proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
.• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Time-management and organizational capability.
Other Requirements:
• High level of personal integrity and professional ethics when handling confidential data.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight month-end or tax reporting deadlines
mathematical and analytical proficiency.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
Education and Experience:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven working experience in bookkeeping, general accounting, or a corporate finance environment.
Remunerations
.N140,000 – N160,000 gross,
Pension contributions, and performance bonuses.
