ROLE: SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Client school in ilupeju, Lagos is seeking to hire an Experienced SCHOOL PRINCIPAL, who will support in Administrative and Academic functions of the School. Ideal candidates must possess Visionary-leadership, relationship-building, high integrity, ability to work with Teachers, Government Agencies, Management, Parents, and passion for student development.

LOCATION: Ilupeju, Lagos
SALARY: ₦400,000
AGE RANGE: 45Yrs & Above

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
🅿️ Develop and implement curriculum and instructional Programs.
🅿️ Oversee the Teaching and Learning programme and ensure high academic standards daily.
🅿️ Ensure Compliance with government regulations and educational policies.
🅿️ Liaise with parents Board, government agencies, and community organisations.
🅿️ Promote student leadership, extracurriculars, positive behaviour, safety, well-being, and discipline of all students.

REQUIREMENTS:
🖊️ Bachelor’s degree in Education, or PGDE, those with Masters degree will have advantage.

🖊️ At least 5 years teaching experience, 5 years working as a Principal, and administrative competency.

🖊️ Candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

🖊️ Candidates should have participated in organising Waec, Neco, IGCSE and other External Examination with his/her previous schools.
