*1. Business Development Supervisor*
*Location:* Salem, Lekki, Lagos
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and results-oriented *Business Development Supervisor* to help grow our business while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
*Job Responsibilities*
* Supervise the daily operations of the pharmacy and ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Develop strategies to grow the business and increase sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
* Liaise with pharmaceutical companies and other suppliers to ensure timely purchase and delivery of products.
* Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the inventory/store team to ensure products are always available.
* Ensure staff carry out their duties effectively and maintain high service standards.
* Resolve operational issues and report regularly to management
* Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
*Requirements*
* Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
* Experience in business development, sales, operations, or a supervisory role.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Must reside in Lekki, Ajah, or nearby areas.

*2. Dispatch Rider*
*Location:* Salem, Lekki, Lagos
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking *Dispatch Rider* to join our team.
*Job Responsibilities*
* Deliver medications and other pharmacy products safely and on time.
* Ensure all deliveries are made accurately and professionally.
* Keep the assigned motorcycle clean and in good working condition.
* Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
* Maintain a professional relationship with customers during deliveries.
* Report any delivery or motorcycle issues promptly.
*Requirements*
* Minimum of SSCE.
* Valid rider’s permit.
* Previous dispatch riding experience is an added advantage.
* Good knowledge of Lekki, Ajah, and surrounding areas.
* Honest, punctual, and responsible.
