💼 *ABOUT THE ROLE*
The Treasury Lead manages liquidity, cash flow, working capital, payments, receivables, financing, investments, and banking relationships — safeguarding financial stability and supporting business growth.
✅ *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
– Forecast and manage daily/monthly liquidity and cash flow
– Optimise working capital across receivables and payables
– Process and control payments; drive timely collections
– Manage banking relationships, mandates, and accounts
– Arrange financing and place surplus funds securely
– Identify and mitigate FX, interest-rate, liquidity, and counterparty risk
– Maintain treasury systems, policies, and internal controls
– Prepare cash-position and treasury reports for management
🎯 *WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR*
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
– Professional certification — ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
– Strong knowledge of cash/liquidity management, financial analysis, banking instruments, risk management, and treasury systems
– Must currently reside in Port Harcourt
