ROLE: HEAD TEACHER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Client School in Ajah, Lagos is seeking a Highly Experienced Head Teacher who Possess recent working knowledge in a leadership capacity with a school. The Head Teacher will serve as the Senior Leader of the School, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, managing staff and resources, creating a safe, supportive, and productive learning environment. Ideal Candidate will lead the administrative part of the Nursery/Primary department., Responsible for Academic Leadership and student welfare.
LOCATION: ILAJE BUSSTOP AJAH
SALARY: ₦350,000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
🟣Provide strategic leadership and set high expectations for staff and students.
🟣Lead the Management team in developing and implementing school policies, plans, and procedures.
🔵Oversee recruitment, Drive enrollment growth, and performance of teaching and non-teaching staff.
🔵Ensure compliance with educational standards with years of classroom teaching experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
💼 Candidate must possess a degree in Education, Or PGDE Or Masters.
💼 Candidate must possess at least 5 years of HEAD TEACHER experience with years of teaching experiences.
💼 Only Candidates that possess recent working experience as a HEAD TEACHER or any equivalent leadership role in a school in Lagos can Apply.
💼 Strong Leadership, Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
💼 Experience with Nigerian Curriculum scheme, Computer proficiency, and ability to Multitask.
💼 Classroom Competency, with the ability to support teachers in Lesson planning, assessment, and integration of innovative teaching practices/technology.
💼 Ability to drive academics excellence and prepare students and teachers for internal/external exams.
💼 Only candidates that reside within AJAH area, ready to work with 300k salary, ready to attend interviews and resume as agreed with the school in preparation for the new session should apply.
