Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Cavista Technologies is looking for a driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-lifecycle recruitment, build strategic talent pipelines, and drive our employer branding initiatives!
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives for senior, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.
* Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with core business objectives.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines while strengthening employer branding.
* Ensure compliant, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices across all selection processes.
* Provide valuable market intelligence on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
* Mentor and coach junior recruiters and talent acquisition coordinators.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
* Strong expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, candidate assessments, and ATS tools.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
* Hands-on experience leveraging recruitment analytics to inform hiring decisions.
* Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) is an added advantage.
