SOUS CHEF NEEDED
OUR CLIENT IN LEKKI PHASE1 IS A FOOD TRUCK RESTAURANT AND THEY ARE IN NEED OF AN EXPERIENCED AND SKILLED SOUS CHEF TO WHIP UP MOUTH-WATERING SANDWICHES, BURGERS, CRISPY FRIES, CHILLER FRIES JOLLOF RICE AND PASTA MASTERPIECES.
ONLY CHEFS THAT ARE READY TO ATTEND INTERVIEW, AND RESUME IMMEDIATELY SHOULD APPLY.
ROLE: SOUS CHEF
LOCATION: LEKKI PHASE1
SALARY: ₦150,000 – ₦ 200,000
BENEFITS:
✅MONTHLY ALLOWANCE: ₦50,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:
🧁Assist in Menu planning and food preparation
🧁Supervise kitchen staff and back of house operations.
🧁Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
🧁Ensure high food quality and presentation standards
🧁Collaborate with other kitchen staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
🍽️ Create and execute sandwich, burger, pasta, etc menus that will delight customers
🍽️ Candidates should possess 3-4 years proven experience as SOUS CHEF
🍽️ Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
🍽️ Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.
