Requirements
●Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
●Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Human Resources role.
●Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
●Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
●Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is an advantage.
