Mikano Motors is recruiting a Job Controller to coordinate workshop activities, schedule repairs, track job progress, and ensure quality standards!
• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in a dealership, fleet maintenance operation, or independent automotive workshop
• Proficiency in workshop management systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong coordination, workflow management, and workshop scheduling skills
