About the Role
ExCare is seeking a motivated and innovative Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care while driving sales growth and supporting the profitability of its retail pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Review prescriptions accurately and provide patient counselling for safe and effective medication use.
* Organise and manage the pharmacy layout for efficient identification of drugs and sundries.
* Monitor inventory movement to prevent product deterioration, shortages, and expiry.
* Drive the marketing and delivery of pharmacy services, including rapid health checks.
* Contribute to sales growth, category performance, and branch profitability through customer-focused initiatives.
* Stay updated on healthcare trends and advancements through continuous learning and professional collaboration.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional practice standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
* Valid license to practise as a Pharmacist.
* Working knowledge of MS Office and pharmacy information systems.
* Strong communication skills.
* High level of professional integrity.
* Patient-centred approach.
