Kennedia Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury hospitality group operating premium hospitality establishments and exclusive executive lounges in Abuja and Lagos.
We are seeking exceptional hospitality professionals with strong leadership, operational excellence and international-standard service experience to join the organisation in the following positions:
1. GENERAL MANAGER – LUXURY HOSPITALITY
📍 Abuja | Expatriate Position
The General Manager will provide overall leadership for the hospitality operation, driving operational excellence, guest experience, service quality, financial performance and team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and oversee the overall hospitality operation.
•Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
•Drive exceptional guest experience and international service standards.
•Oversee food & beverage, front office, housekeeping and other hospitality functions.
•Manage budgets, costs, revenues and operational performance.
•Recruit, develop and lead high-performing hospitality teams.
•Establish and maintain robust operational policies, procedures and service standards.
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements.
•Build strong relationships with VIP guests, partners and key stakeholders.
Ideal Profile:
•Extensive senior management experience in luxury hotels, private clubs, executive lounges or premium hospitality establishments.
•Proven experience managing complex hospitality operations.
•Strong commercial, financial and people leadership capabilities.
•International luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

2. HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS MANAGER
📍 Lagos | Expatriate / African
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage day-to-day operations of the hospitality facility.
•Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and operational delivery.
•Supervise front-of-house, food & beverage and support operations.
•Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
•Manage staff performance, scheduling, training and development.
•Control operating costs, inventory and wastage.
•Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards.
•Handle VIP guests and resolve operational issues promptly.
•Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management.
Ideal Profile:
•Strong management experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, private clubs, executive lounges or similar premium environments.
•Demonstrable experience managing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
•Strong operational and commercial understanding.
•International hospitality experience is an advantage.

3. HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS MANAGER

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering world-class hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead daily hospitality operations and service delivery.
•Maintain premium standards across guest-facing and back-of-house functions.
•Drive customer experience, service excellence and guest retention.
•Manage hospitality teams and ensure effective workforce deployment.
•Monitor supplies, inventory, costs and operational resources.
•Implement and maintain hospitality SOPs.
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements.
•Manage VIP and high-profile guest requirements.
•Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Ideal Profile:
•Proven management experience within luxury hospitality or a premium service environment.
•Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
•Excellent understanding of hospitality operations and customer experience.
•Exposure to international hospitality standards is highly desirable.

4. HOSPITALITY PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
📍 Abuja
The successful candidate will manage the sourcing, procurement, receiving, storage and availability of hospitality products required for seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement hospitality procurement strategies.
•Source high-quality food, beverages, amenities, equipment and other hospitality products.
•Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers and vendors.
•Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery schedules and commercial terms.
•Establish appropriate procurement and inventory-control procedures.
•Oversee receiving, inspection, storage and distribution of products.
•Maintain optimal stock levels while minimising wastage and losses.
•Monitor inventory movement, expiry dates and product quality.
•Maintain accurate procurement, inventory and supplier records.
•Work closely with the culinary, operations and finance teams to forecast requirements.
•Ensure procurement and storage activities comply with quality, hygiene and regulatory standards.
Ideal Profile:
•Proven experience in hospitality procurement, supply chain, inventory or stores management.
•Experience within luxury hotels, restaurants, executive lounges or premium hospitality establishments is preferred.
•Strong supplier-management and negotiation skills.
•Excellent knowledge of inventory management and procurement controls.
•Strong analytical and organisational abilities.

We are seeking highly accomplished Executive Chefs capable of delivering exceptional culinary experiences within a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage the culinary operation within the assigned cuisine.
•Develop innovative, premium-quality menus aligned with the establishment’s positioning.
•Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, taste and consistency.
•Lead, train and develop culinary teams.
•Manage food costs, portion control, wastage and kitchen inventory.
•Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
•Work closely with hospitality management to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
•Introduce new culinary concepts, dishes and presentation standards.
•Manage kitchen operations, equipment and resources effectively.
Ideal Profile:
•Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader.
•Strong expertise in the relevant cuisine.
•Experience within luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, private clubs or premium hospitality establishments.
•Demonstrable ability to lead multicultural culinary teams.
•Strong knowledge of international food safety and hygiene standards.
