About the Role
Zaron is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, staff performance, order fulfilment and efficient storage and dispatch processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch operations.
* Ensure proper warehouse organization and efficient space utilization.
* Supervise loading and unloading of goods to prevent errors and damage.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and audits.
* Monitor stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
* Ensure timely picking, packing and dispatch of orders.
* Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for efficient deliveries.
* Supervise, train and manage warehouse staff.
* Enforce discipline, productivity, SOPs and operational procedures.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
* Prepare warehouse performance and inventory reports.
* Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) where applicable.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
* 2–4 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
