About the Role
Agusto Consulting is seeking an accomplished Corporate Finance Manager to lead corporate finance activities for an innovative digital property platform. The role will drive financial strategy, capital planning, fundraising, investment analysis, treasury management and corporate development while advising senior management on strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement corporate finance strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Advise executive management and the Board on financial strategy, investments and capital allocation.
* Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
* Develop and execute fundraising and capital-raising strategies.
* Structure and negotiate debt, equity, project financing and other funding arrangements.
* Manage relationships with banks, investors, private equity firms and other funding partners.
* Lead investment evaluations, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
* Develop financial models, valuations, business cases and scenario analyses.
* Oversee liquidity, cash flow, working capital and treasury management.
* Monitor financial, investment, foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
* Lead investor relations, due diligence and financial performance presentations.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, governance requirements and lending covenants.
* Identify strategic partnerships and opportunities for business growth and value creation.
* Lead, mentor and develop the Corporate Finance team.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
* MBA/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field is strongly preferred.
ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
* Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Financial Services, Treasury or Strategic Finance.
* Proven experience in fundraising, debt structuring, capital raising and investment analysis.
* Experience in financial services, real estate, mortgage finance, fintech or investment management is highly preferred.
* Strong expertise in corporate finance, valuation, financial modelling and capital structuring.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong commercial acumen, leadership ability and strategic thinking.
* High integrity, sound business judgment and executive presence.
