Our client is a fintech company providing innovative financial technology solutions to fast-growing businesses, financial institutions, startups, and other organizations.
*REQUIREMENTS*
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a fintech company, financial institution, technology company, professional services firm, or other fast-growing organization.
* Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, employee relations, and workplace compliance requirements.
* Demonstrated experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
* Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and people-management frameworks.
* Strong understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
* Experience using HRIS, payroll systems, recruitment platforms, and other HR technology tools.
