Junior Human Resource Officer at Fortics Lifecare Limited

Important location requirement:
●Applicants MUST reside within Mile 12, Agric, Ikorodu Garage, and their surrounding areas.
●Candidates who live far from the stated areas may not be considered due to the location and operational requirements of the role.
Requirements
●HND or BSc. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, or a related discipline.
●1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of basic HR practices and documentation.
●Good communication and interpersonal skills.
●Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
●Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
●Must be proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
