About the Role
IKNORBERT Communications Limited is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support business growth through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will analyze business data, develop reporting systems, identify trends, and provide recommendations that improve sales performance, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Build reports and analytics to support sales performance and decision-making.
* Ensure data is properly stored, organized, and accessible.
* Respond to data requests and inquiries from internal teams.
* Collaborate with management to develop data strategies and models.
* Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and business performance.
* Identify opportunities for product, service, and process improvements.
* Monitor inventory turnover, margins, and regional performance metrics.
* Maintain data quality by identifying and resolving data issues.
* Work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
* HND/B.Sc/B.Ed in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Management, or a related quantitative field.
* Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented.
