IT OPERATIONS LEAD
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking IT Operations Lead to join our team. Who will be responsible for driving the company’s IT strategy and developing technology solutions.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute a 1-3year IT strategy aligned with the company’s operational goals and business objectives.
• Identify technology opportunities to improve operational efficiency, revenue, and risk management.
• Design, develop, and deploy small-to-medium internal tools and applications that solve specific business problems.
• Lead all SLA discussions with partners to ensure they deliver value and meet the company’s infrastructure needs.
• Provide first-level support to all staff for technology issues, product questions, and system access.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, technology strategy, or IT leadership roles.
• Experience supporting diverse user bases across multiple locations.
• Member of relevant professional bodies (AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Professional, Project Management, etc.) is preferred.
• Strategic thinking, project management, problem-solving, AI & Automation skill.
