Business Development and Partnerships Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria | Employment: Full time
Work pattern: Regular client and partner visits, with office and remote follow-up. 1 day in-office.
Insyt FamilyCare is hiring an experienced sales professional to acquire paying clients, build partnerships and grow profitable sales across our care services in Nigeria.
Services include home care, nursing, wellness checks, home diagnostics and care products, with residential care as it becomes available. You will engage families in Nigeria and abroad, healthcare providers, companies and government agencies.
What you will do
•Prospect for clients and manage sales through assessment coordination, approved proposals, payment and onboarding.
•Build partnerships with hospitals, HMOs, employers, government agencies, community groups and diaspora associations.
•Arrange meetings, deliver presentations, prepare proposals and negotiate within approved pricing and terms.
•Develop corporate programmes, funded care opportunities, referrals and repeat business.
•Maintain a shared sales tracker and report weekly on paying clients, contribution, conversions and partnership results.
What we are looking for
•At least three years of relevant sales or business development experience, with evidence of clients acquired and deals personally closed.
•Experience in healthcare, HMOs, insurance, diagnostics or a comparable service business.
•Strong communication, proposal writing, negotiation and follow-up skills; confidence using a CRM or sales tracker.
•Ability to work independently, meet targets and attend client meetings. Corporate or government account experience is an advantage.
Compensation
Fixed gross salary: ₦150,000 monthly, plus a performance bonus of up to ₦50,000 and 5% commission of eligible self-sourced new clients during their first month of service.
