About the Role
The Nigerian Women’s Trust Fund seeks a qualified vendor to procure and supply suitable, durable, safe, and fit-for-purpose skills acquisition kits for 54 persons with disabilities across three LGAs in Benue State, supporting their training, self-employment, and economic empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
• Review the approved participant list and kit requirements.
• Submit detailed, itemized technical and financial quotations.
• Recommend appropriate kit contents and specifications for approved skills areas.
• Supply approved items that are new, unused, safe, and free from defects.
• Package and label kits appropriately for distribution.
• Deliver kits to designated locations in Benue State within the agreed timeline.
• Replace damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-compliant items at no additional cost.
• Provide user manuals, warranty information, and after-sales support where applicable.
Requirements
Interested vendors must submit:
• Company profile with contact person, telephone number, email address, and business address.
• Evidence of CAC business registration, where applicable.
• Detailed technical and financial quotation, including item specifications, quantities, unit prices, total costs, taxes, and delivery charges.
• Evidence of experience supplying similar equipment, tools, materials, or skills acquisition kits, with references or relevant contracts where available.
• Proposed delivery timeline and confirmation of capacity to deliver in Benue State.
• Warranty and after-sales support details, where applicable.
• Bank account details and other required procurement documents if shortlisted.
