Compensation: ₦350,000 monthly, subject to applicable deductions where required

About the Role
Dokitami is seeking a proactive Operations Nurse to coordinate order fulfilment, deliveries, client follow-ups, and daily operations while maintaining accurate records and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Review, verify, document, and process customer orders accurately.
– Coordinate dispatch and deliveries, track shipments, resolve delays, and update customers.
– Follow up with clients on deliveries, programme progress, product usage, and support needs.
– Document customer feedback, concerns, and follow-up actions.
– Support clinical follow-ups within authorised nursing scope and escalate medical concerns appropriately.
– Coordinate nurse visits, appointments, nurse confirmations, and visit reports.
– Assist with inventory management, stock reconciliation, and reporting discrepancies.
– Maintain customer records, operational dashboards, and accurate reports.
– Investigate operational issues, recommend solutions, and coordinate with relevant teams.
– Maintain confidentiality of customer, medical, payment, and company information.
– Ensure timely order processing, effective client follow-ups, inventory accuracy, and professional customer service.
Requirements
– Recognised nursing qualification and valid professional registration/licence, as applicable.
– Experience in nursing, healthcare operations, patient coordination, customer support, or a related field.
– Strong organisational, administrative, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and take ownership of responsibilities.
– Familiarity with digital communication platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational systems.
– Professional, reliable, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
