Job Role: FEMALE RESTAURANT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Client is a Fully Self-Service Restaurant where you can pick your food, add your toppings, and cook your meal in a fun, tech-driven setting, and they seek to hire an Experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER to oversee managing of the Food Stations, ensuring high-quality food Compliance, and Business growth. The manager should be young and understands Latest trends that can attract customers.

SALARY: ₦350,000
LOCATION: Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase1

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
👩‍💼 Working with the Management to position the brand to be market Leaders in the Self-Service Food industry in Lagos.
👩‍💼 Ensure effective operation in quality, speed and accuracy to meet and exceed customers expectations.
👩‍💼 Ensure SOPs adherence, safety and security systems in check.
👩‍💼 Recruit, and staff training…including efficiency in production, Costing, inventory, hygiene, and other Restaurant processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
🥘 Applicant must possess at least 2 years experience working with a reputable Restaurant in a leadership capacity.

🥘 Candidates should have knowledge of Food safety and sanitations standard, with an ability to work under a fast paced Self-Service Food Station.

🥘 Should be able to analyze sales data and team performance metrics to optimise operations and improve efficiency.

🥘 Manager must be proactive, Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and ability to take initiative.

🥘 Female Candidates residing on the Island, and ready to resume immediately can Apply, as there is NO ACCOMODATION.
