About the Role
Domeo Resources International is seeking a dependable and experienced Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during night shifts, ensuring excellent guest service, staff supervision, security, and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee night-shift operations across front office, housekeeping, security, and food and beverage.
• Supervise check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest enquiries, and complaint resolution.
• Conduct night audits, reconcile daily transactions, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Monitor hotel security, coordinate emergency responses, and document incidents.
• Supervise night-shift staff and ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
• Monitor room occupancy, maintenance issues, cleanliness, and service delivery.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure proper handover to the morning team.
Requirements
• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, front office management, or guest services.
• Night-shift hotel management experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel reservations, night audits, cash handling, and revenue reconciliation.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
