Job Title: Field Officer (Merchant Onboarding)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos (field-based across Lagos Island and Mainland)
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are a growing Lagos-based fintech looking for experienced and hardworking Field Officers to onboard and train merchants on our platform.
Requirements
• 4–8 years’ experience onboarding or training merchants, agents, or retailers in the field
• Background in telco, agency banking, POS, mobile money, or product rollouts
• Strong knowledge of Lagos business districts
• Confident with business owners, smartphones, and apps
• Hardworking, proactive, and target-driven
