About the Role:
As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that employees acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently. From overseeing regulated training such as dangerous goods and aviation security to developing onboarding programs for new hires, your role will be pivotal in enhancing employee performance and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and implement training programs aligning with the airline’s objectives and regulatory requirements.
– Identify training needs through collaboration with different departments and conducting assessments.
– Develop training materials and conduct sessions on various topics like customer service, safety procedures, and technical skills.
– Stay updated on industry regulations to ensure training programs comply with aviation standards.
– Create onboarding programs for new employees to introduce them to company culture and policies.
– Evaluate training effectiveness using assessment tools and recommend improvements.
– Utilize technology and e-learning platforms for training enhancement.
– Collaborate with internal departments and external training organizations.
– Review and update training materials regularly to reflect changes in policies and industry practices.
– Conduct emergency response training to prepare employees for critical situations.
– Manage the training budget effectively and maintain accurate training records for compliance purposes.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
– 5-10 years of relevant experience.
– Proficiency in aviation regulations, excellent communication skills, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
– Mandatory knowledge of the aviation industry.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft and other relevant software.
