Role: Internal Auditor

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

– Devise and implement a comprehensive internal audit strategy grounded on risk evaluation.
– Perform thorough audits of the company’s financial, operational, and compliance undertakings.
– Present findings to both the Management and the Board of Directors.
– Evaluate data, pinpoint control deficiencies, and propose remedial actions.
– Formulate detailed audit reports delineating discoveries, risks, and suggested remedies.
– Oversee the execution of sanctioned audit recommendations.
– Coordinate with department heads to enhance internal controls and streamline operations.
– Furnish advisory services and back the organization’s risk management campaigns.
– Keep abreast of alterations in regulations, accounting norms, and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications:

– Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related domain.
– Possession of a professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ANAN, ACCA, and CPA) is obligatory.
– Accumulation of 10+ years of expertise in internal auditing or a cognate discipline.
– Firm grasp of internal control structures, risk management tenets, and corporate governance finest practices.
– Proficiency in data analysis, audit tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
– Demonstrated adeptness in problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and communication.
– Capability to operate autonomously and as an integral part of a team.
