Job Description:
The role involves conducting a comprehensive assessment of the principal urban infrastructure in Aba City and surrounding areas. This will help establish infrastructure gaps and limitations, estimate future needs, and prepare an Infrastructure master plan to meet projected growth trajectories.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a specialist in basic urban infrastructure facilities and relevant research programs at the national level, with at least five (5) years of similar experience in planning and development-related roles. Additionally, at least five (5) years of progressive experience in research and policy analysis at the local, national, and international levels is required.
