The selected candidate will be responsible for envisioning, scripting, filming, and refining video content for real estate listings, property showcases, and marketing clips.
Proficiency in capturing footage of properties, building advancements, and facilities is essential to highlight the distinctive aspects of our projects.
Maintaining a consistent high standard of production quality across all video assignments is crucial.
Timely completion of video tasks within set deadlines is a key expectation.
Creating engaging video content to drive interest and interactions with the properties is a primary goal.

Requirements:

Applicants should possess a degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc., is necessary.
Demonstrated skills in cinematography, along with a grasp of lighting techniques and composition principles.
Familiarity with real estate ventures is advantageous.
Submission of a portfolio featuring past videography projects is encouraged.
