Job Description

Role: Social Media Project Manager

Responsibilities:

– Manage the content delivery process for the Apps workstream POD and Microsoft client, including monitoring content status, ensuring quality, and addressing any barriers.

– Work closely with the Programming team to support content publishing.

– Lead social media content ideation and development for the Apps workstream.

– Utilize target audience and data-driven insights to inform strategy planning.

– Support reporting on performance within the Modern Work Pod, including contributing to monthly reports, campaign reports, and social listening.

– Communicate with stakeholders on social best practices and recommendations.

– Oversee the social channel editorial calendar for the Apps workstream.

– Collaborate with partner agencies and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and strategic content.

– Maintain tagging hygiene and product alignment from inception to reporting.

– Upload/manage individual content tasks and the development process.

– Monitor workflow hygiene and provide optimization recommendations.

– Promote content focused on the Apps workstream with multiple stakeholders.

– Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of the content before final delivery.

– Create and advise on processes, governance, and best practices for demand generation via social and blog channels.

– Manage updates to guides and resources for internal teams, stakeholders, and social leads.

– Contribute to integrated marketing projects and initiatives based on team priorities.

Requirements:

– 3-5 years of marketing experience

– 2 years of experience in managing social media programs and strategy

– 2 years of experience with social scheduling and monitoring tools (Preferably Sprinklr)

– 1+ year of creative and/or copywriting experience

– Proficiency in social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram

– Ability to work successfully with diverse groups of stakeholders

– Proficiency in interpreting data to inform strategy and provide actionable insights

– Customer service mindset when working with stakeholders

– Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams

– Microsoft experience is a plus

Compensation Range: $90,000 – $100,000
