Full-Time Role
Location: Lagos
REQUIREMENTS:
3 plus years of experience in operations management or a related field.
Proven experience in managing complex operations and logistics.
Strong understanding of operational processes and systems.
Proficiency in operations management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is often preferred.
Other Requirements:
Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
