Iโ€™m currently looking to hire an agile, commercially aware, and self-driven Human Capital Business Partner to join our organisation.

This role is ideal for a strong HR professional with experience operating within a structured environment and partnering closely with business leaders. You should be confident managing the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment to performance management, engagement, compliance, and capability building.

Weโ€™re looking for someone who brings both rigour and influence to Human Capital work, someone who can balance operational excellence with strategic partnership, and who is comfortable owning business units end-to-end while working within a governance framework.

Requirements
โ€ข 4โ€“6 years HR experience
โ€ข Experience supporting business leaders
โ€ข Strong exposure to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
โ€ข Ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making
โ€ข Experience working in a fast-paced or structured organisation is an advantage
