Iโm currently looking to hire an agile, commercially aware, and self-driven Human Capital Business Partner to join our organisation.
This role is ideal for a strong HR professional with experience operating within a structured environment and partnering closely with business leaders. You should be confident managing the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment to performance management, engagement, compliance, and capability building.
Weโre looking for someone who brings both rigour and influence to Human Capital work, someone who can balance operational excellence with strategic partnership, and who is comfortable owning business units end-to-end while working within a governance framework.
Requirements
โข 4โ6 years HR experience
โข Experience supporting business leaders
โข Strong exposure to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
โข Ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making
โข Experience working in a fast-paced or structured organisation is an advantage
