We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Realtor/Sales/Marketing Agent to join our team in our Lekki/Agungi office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and selling lands in developing areas of Lagos. If you have a passion for real estate and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, we want to hear from you!

*Key Responsibilities:*

– Sell lands in developing areas of Lagos
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities
– Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
– Meet or exceed sales targets
– Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our brand and properties

*Requirements:*

– Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing
– Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office and field-based)
– Strong network and connections in the real estate industry
