Job Title: Administrative & Customer Service Officer
Work Mode: Full time (Onsite)
Salary: ₦200,000 to ₦250,000
Location: Lagos Island
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate transportation of goods from suppliers to the office.
* Maintain cost records, inventory, and stock updates.
* Organize and label products for easy access.
* Manage RSVP processes, reminders, reports, and client updates.
* Prepare order packs and ensure product availability.
* Handle client communication, inquiries, follow ups, and appreciation messages.
* Upload product designs, update stock portfolio, and organize Canva files.
* Liaise with the CSO on new orders and order fulfillment.
Requirements
* 2 to 5 years experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
