Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, develop new business relationships, and drive revenue expansion within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence and securing profitable business deals.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
•Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and bids
•Conduct market research andcompetitor analysis
•Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients
•Drive revenue growth and meet set targets
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
•Represent the company at industry meetings and networking events
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
•3–6 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in the oil & gas industry
•Proven track record of closing high-value deals
•Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
•Excellent strategic and analytical abilities
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
•Ability to work independently and under pressure
Added Advantage
MBA or relevant professional certification
•Strong industry network within the oil & gas sector
•Experience in EPC, upstream, or downstream projects
