Salary: N200,000
Location: Magodo Estate phase ii, Lagos
Type: Full-time
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to customers via phone, email, or chat
Provide product/service information
Resolve complaints and escalate when needed
Update records in the CRM system
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements:
HND/Bachelor’s degree
Good communication skills
Strong computer knowledge
Ability to stay calm and professional
Previous CSR experience is anadvantage.
