Role: Digital Banking Manager (Merchandise)
Location: Ogba, Ikeja
Reports to: MD
Summary:
The Digital Banking Merchant Manager is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing the bank’s merchant ecosystem across digital payment channels (POS, payment gateways, USSD, mobile, and online platforms). The role focuses on driving transaction volumes, improving merchant experience, and expanding digital payment acceptance.

-Promote adoption of digital payment options (POS, QR, online payments)
-Identify upsell opportunities (loans, collections, wallet services)

Requirements:
All applicants MUST be from a Microfinance bank.
At least 3-5 years experience as Team Lead/ Manager in same role
