* Coordinate and align departmental goals with overall business objectives.
* Implement company policies, processes, and performance standards.
* Act as the main point of contact between the MD and department heads.
* Monitor operations, identify challenges, and propose solutions for improvement.
* Support strategic initiatives and ensure projects are executed effectively.
* Foster collaboration and communication across all teams.
