We’re seeking an experienced and Head Of Finance And Strategy to lead our finance team and oversee all financial activities of the company. As Head Of Finance And Strategy, you’ll be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the company’s growth.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
– Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company goals.
– Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
– Provide strategic guidance on financial planning, risk management, and investment opportunities.
– Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies.
– Collaborate with executive management to support business growth and operational efficiency.
– Drive financial performance, profitability, and sustainability initiatives.
– Manage financial reporting and risk management
– Lead finance team and drive financial performance
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ & ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐:
– Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Masterโs degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
– Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, ACIS or equivalent is required.
– Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior financial management roles within the banking or financial services sector.
– Strong understanding of financial services regulations, with excellent knowledge of IFRS, FRCN, and SEC compliance requirements.
– Skilled in strategic portfolio management, cost efficiency modeling, and scenario planning to support executive decision-making.
– Proficient in leveraging digital finance tools, and data analytics, to strengthen decision-making and reporting.
