To support its continued growth and strengthen its market presence, the company is seeking a highly experienced Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications to lead its brand, marketing strategy, and corporate communication initiatives.

Job Summary:
The Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that enhance the company’s brand reputation, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support business growth.
The role requires a strategic leader with strong experience in brand management, corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement, particularly within regulated or infrastructure-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
•Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
•Strengthen and manage the company’s brand identity and positioning in the power and energy sector.
•Oversee marketing campaigns to drive awareness, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.

2. Corporate Communications
•Lead the development and execution of corporate communication strategies.
•Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
•Prepare executive communication materials including speeches, press statements, and corporate reports.
3. Media & Public Relations
•Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
•Manage media engagements, press releases, and public relations activities.
•Act as a key spokesperson for the organization when required.

4. Digital & Content Strategy
•Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website content, social media, and online campaigns.
•Develop compelling content that communicates the company’s vision, projects, and impact.
•Monitor and analyze digital engagement to improve communication effectiveness.

5. Stakeholder & Reputation Management
•Manage relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, partners, investors, and the public.
•Protect and enhance the company’s corporate reputation.
•Lead crisis communication and reputation management initiatives when necessary.

6. Leadership & Collaboration
•Lead and mentor the marketing and communications team.
•Work closely with executive leadership and other departments to align messaging with corporate strategy.
•Provide strategic insights and reports on brand performance and communication impact.
Qualifications & Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage).
•Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in marketing, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably within the power, energy, infrastructure, financial services, or large conglomerate environment.
•Strong experience in brand strategy, media relations, and corporate reputation management.
•Proven ability to lead high-impact marketing and corporate communication initiatives.
