Our client is seeking an exceptional Head of Talent to lead and scale the company鈥檚 talent strategy, ensuring they attract, hire, and retain exceptional people as the company grows across markets and functions.
馃捈 What You鈥檒l Do
路 Own and execute the company鈥檚 end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across all functions and levels.
路 Translate company growth plans into hiring roadmaps and workforce plans.
路 Own hiring execution end-to-end ensuring smooth handoff from sourcing and offer acceptance into onboarding and first-day readiness.
路 Partner with leadership to define hiring priorities, role scopes, and success profiles.
馃幆 What We鈥檙e Looking For
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
路 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resource leadership roles.
路 Led hiring at scale in fast-growing startups or high-growth organisations.
路 Experience hiring across Nigeria and Ghana.
路 A strong track record of building recruiting teams and systems from scratch.
