SALARY: โฆ1,300,000 โ โฆ1,800,000 Monthly (Net)
The client is a ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ๐ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ company seeking to hire a seasoned compliance professional who will ensure the company adheres to regulatory requirements set by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other relevant bodies. The ideal candidate is of ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐จ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ช๐ข๐ญ ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ท๐ฆ๐ญ and very experienced working with regulators.

Regulatory Compliance
โข Maintain full compliance with all SEC regulations.
โข Prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures as required
by law.
โข Maintain updated knowledge of changes in financial regulations and
provide guidance to the organization.
โข Manage all organizational access details and 2FAs.
Risk Management
โข Implement and update the organizationโs Enterprise Risk Management system.
โข Manage risk management policies, procedures, and controls.
โข Conduct periodic risk assessments and audits.
โข Detect and prevent financial crimes, including money laundering and
fraud.
โข Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money
Laundering (AML) regulations.
Other functions within: Internal Audit, Policy creation & trainings, Reporting & Documentation, effective Stakeholder Manager

Experience & Skills
โข Minimum 9 yearsโ experience in ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ด๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฟ, plus no less than 2 years in a managerial capacity.
โข Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and financial compliance standards.
Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and risk management principles.
โข Experience working with regulatory bodies, particularly the SEC.
โข Proficiency in compliance reporting and excellent communication skills.
โข Strong management skills.
