Role: Admin Officer/ Facility Manager (Male)
Location: Ogba, Lagos (proximity to Ogba is key)
Sector: Finance
A Microfinance Bank located in Ogba needs the services of an Administrative Officer to assist the HR/Admin Manager in the day to day management of the company.
Core JD:
*Administrative Officer Responsibilities:*
1. *Administrative Support*: Provide administrative assistance to senior management, staff, and external stakeholders.
2. *Office Management*: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
3. *Communication*: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
4. *Record-Keeping*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
5. *Budgeting and Finance*: Assist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and expense management.
*Facility Manager Responsibilities:*
Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Space Management: Ensure efficient use of space, coordinating moves, renovations, and layout changes.
Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Security: Manage facility security, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response planning.
Vendor Management*: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of services.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues, identifying solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement*: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and satisfaction.
*Requirements:*
1. *Education*: Bachelor’s degree or HND in any related field.
2. *Experience*: 2-3 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or a related field.
3. *Skills*: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
