Job Summary
As our Administrative Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring efficient operations and support for all departments.
This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
–ADVERTISEMENT–
Supervise and mentor the administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations.
Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative management or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and manufacturing, mining steel abilities.
Strong written and verbal skills, Hausa primary language skills. Experience with budget management and financial reporting is a plus.
Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 monthly.
