Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager at Supersaver Supermarket in Lekki.
The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Management, Leadership, and Team Supervision skills
Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management experience
Customer Service and Sales Management skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Previous experience in retail or supermarket management.
