Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Originate loans and manage borrower relationships.
• Conduct financial analysis to assess creditworthiness.
• Meet and exceed loan origination and repayment targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in financial services, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and financial analysis tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
